Picasso 1900-1906 : Catalogue Raisonné De L'oeuvre Peint

Auteur(s) : Pierre Daix, Georges Boudaille

This catalogue raisonné lists all the works executed by Pablo Picasso between 1900 and 1906.

The work shows that the two famous periods, known as the Blue Period and the Pink Period, were framed by two other periods of at least equal importance: that of the pre-fauvism of Picasso's twenties, which corresponds to the style of his first Parisian exhibition, at Vollard in 1901, and that which saw the break with pink classicism and the transition to pre-cubism, in 1906.
