The Académie des Psychologues du Goût (Academy of Taste Psychologists) celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2022.
The Académie des Psychologues du Goût is one of the most eminent and, today, the most discreet living conservatories of French gastronomy. With this book, it opens for the first time its doors, its archives and shows its actions and practices. The book contains over 400 illustrations, including menus by Louis Jou, Jean Cocteau, André Dunoyer de Segonzac, André Derain, Jacqueline Richet, etc.
The signing of the book will take place at the Travellers Club (Hotel de La Païva), 25 avenue des Champs Élysées 75008 Paris on 11 May from 7 to 8 pm. You can now order one or more books and ask for an autograph from the author. The book(s) will be delivered either on May 11th or at Librairie Lardanchet on the date of your choice.
