Angola : Figures De Pouvoir

This large-scale work provides access to the artistic heritage of Angola. The works reproduced, often of exceptional plastic quality, bear witness to cultural and aesthetic practices, but also to contacts, encounters and links between various peoples. History, politics and religion have thus invested the modes of representation and symbolic systems, until the year 2000.
