This catalogue of the exhibition on the origins and beginnings of cinema in France proposes a dialogue between the new medium invented by the Lumière brothers and the history of the arts since the invention of photography, through a thematic approach: the urban spectacle, the rhythm of nature, the body experienced and exhibited, augmented reality and the taste for history.
