Bierge : Catalogue Raisonné De L'oeuvre Peint 1936-1991

Auteur(s) : Marie-Madeline Bierge, Maurice Monge

From the beginning of the 1950s, landscape and colour painter Roland Bierge (1922-1991) moved towards a new figuration, born from post Cubism. Influenced in his first period by Jacques Villon or Roger de La Fresnaye, he continued and extended the researches on Orphic Cubism, begun by Picabia before 1914.
This book presents the catalogue raisonné of the artist's painted work.
