Armand Albert Rateau

Draughtsman, furniture designer, decorator and architect, Armand Rateau (1882-1937) is a complete artist, considered as one of the most important creator of the Art-déco period. His furniture and his decorations belong to a new baroque movement, far away from the modernist coolness and the ordinary decorative style of Art déco.
