The Union des Artistes Modernes, a large network of artists - architects, decorators, designers, painters, sculptors, etc. -, involved more than 170 members from its foundation in 1929 to his dissolution in 1958. Fernand Léger, Sonia Delaunay, Henri Laurens, Charlotte Perriand, Pierre Chareau, Le Corbusier or Jean Lurçat ; all of them were outstanding members of the UAM.
This exhibition catalogue highlights the history of this movement that embodies 20th century French modernity.
